Sorry, but the Boring Walrus has cost us... Again...
This is no wind-up post... I'm being 100% honest here: the dullard, boring cunt, negative walrus has cost us the win today...

Starting with Nolan, once again, was a staggering decision after his incredibly woeful performance (not for the first time) against Liverpool last week... Today, he was okay... Nothing better than that... Didn't lose the ball and used it fairly well - but that was it... Almafitano offers much, much more as a footballer and we'd have looked more dangerous going forward with him on the pitch...

Man Utd are really nothing special any more - how the fuck those jammy wankers are in the the top-four, I don't know... We gave them far too much respect today and tried to sit on a 1-0 lead... We invited them onto us... We weren't interested in trying to extend our lead against a team that aren't much better than us...

Call me a demanding, over-expectant cunt for all you want but I'm very disappointed with our manager, tactics and game-plan today and this game kind of typifies why I'm not bothered if he stays at the end of the season or not... He's too cautious... Far too cautious...

With more positivity and sticking to our best-XI; we could be doing quite a bit better this season - maybe as high as 5th or 6th... Our manager though is a boring, safety-first cunt and always will be...

If thick people want to call me a club hater I'll call them what I like.

There's a way for it to stop but you'll have to speak to them about that.

Not all that bothered to be honest- it's just a bit depressing when you read some decent debate on a thread, come back a bit later and it's morphed into people just insulting each other!

*Sound of door closing*

Johnson "Hi honey I'm home"
Wife: "Hi Johnson (you cunt), how was your day?"
Johnson "GRRRREAT! I argued with everybody on a football forum all day, lost my job, but that doesn't matter as I WON every argument and am always right"
Wife: "My hero (tosser)"

I also didn't mention Pochettino and Koeman comma, that'll be because I was talking about their rise from the third tier during which Pardew and Adkins where the most notable managers.

Nice try though.

Stick to brown nosing posters who you think are "popular" or post on ITBS then Cough, no skin off my nose, you're better than that anyhow.

haha. I've no intention of indulging you, you have enough on your plate already. You mentioned two managers, who were both something different to that club, and omitted to mention another of theirs who had managed us.

I shall leave you to cogitate and personalise a reply as you inevitably do.

Oh and best of luck in dealing with those you consider to be your intellectual inferiors on this thread.

"jammy wankers" is the most substantial thing i read in the OP.

They were jammy and have been for most of the season. The most unconvincing top 4 side I've ever seen.

I hope we get to knock them out of the cup. 1 point from what should have been 4 or even 6, the way the games went.

We played rerally well sunday, everyone did, but yet another kick in the guts from man u. 3 out the last 4 home matches have ended with very late and undeserved equalisers.

Grrrrr...they really piss me off.

No thanks, I'll pass on what seems a self serving diatribe that seems to justify your pathetic existence

Comma - So what? The club ethos, regardless of first team manager has been to develop organically. The new owners clearly have brains and have continued that approach.

I'm still not sure what you're trying to say and as usual you didn't answer my question on what similarities I posed between Adkins and Pardew.

Other you, it was people who knew what they were talking about so I was just reading with interest.

, yes that;s what I was saying, making the point that the manager is not the best person to be in charge of a system where the kids in it will likely go through a conveyor belt of managers before getting to the first team

Re: Sorry, but the Boring Walrus has cost us... Again...
The point that needs to be taken note of is that Southampton have churned out premiership standard youngsters at the same time as going through regular managerial changes and one big ownership change.

Their conveyor belt of talent has been recruiting and developing since before the Liebherr buy out.

weirdly enough cockson the comments about their youth system was a conversation people enjoyed as you weren't in it. It's called adults talking, you should try it
